What is your return policy?
This ain't Amazon. Cola is a one-man brand. Processing returns is a pain in the ass. Please check sizing charts and size videos before ordering. With that said, I want people to love wearing my stuff. So, if you regret a purchase, I will do a return for you.

REFUNDS
Within seven days of USPS marking your shipment as "Delivered," you must send me an email at info {at} thecolacorporation {dot} com. The email must have the following information: 

*Order number
*Tracking number for the return package, which you pay for at your own expense

Once I receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition—unworn and tags intact—I will issue your refund. You will receive an email confirming the refund.

EXCHANGES
There is an $8 fee to get the exchange item to you. Follow all the steps for Refunds, except in your email tell me which items you would like to exchange. The same Refunds rules apply re: timeframes and shipping specifications.

What is your shipping policy?
I ship USPS Ground. All orders come with tracking, except individual sticker packs, which I mail regular first class. Orders ship within two business days. Once I turn packages over to USPS, I have no control over delivery. I do not work for USPS. I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not delivered properly. That shit is out of my hands. You can report missing packages via the USPS website via this link. The form will ask you for the address of origin. It is:

How should I care for my garments?
Wash cold, inside out. Hang dry. 

How do your clothes fit?
The standard Cola fit is oversized and boxy. However, products marked unionmade have conventional fit measurements. (For example, the standard Cola tee in Small measures 22" across the chest, while the Small in unionmade is 18".) Each product has a size chart and fit video. Please pay attention to these resources.
